The bicycle has long been seen as a symbol of women’s emancipation and liberation, so we’re quite literally celebrating International Women’s day with a social ride on the Guild Trail! We invite you to join us for this casual, inclusive, no-drop ride to celebrate the freedom, independence, and pure joy that biking brings! Everyone is welcome to ride and climb at their own pace and cackle proudly as we fly back down the mountain on two wheels! Optional post-ride fellowship at TBD.

This Trail Work Party is for anyone who wants to give some TLC back to the trails they love to ride! You don't have to be a current SORBA Chattanooga Member or even a mountain biker to participate, just a willingness to learn and get dirty. We will be using hand tools and following the practices of IMBA Trail Solutions Guidelines for a Quality Trail Experience.

Be sure to join us on Thursday, February 27th, from 5-8 PM at OddStory Brewing on Central for their Give Back Night! Sip and support local and 10% of all sales that night will be donated to help us maintain and improve Chattanooga’s trails.

Join us for an evening of trail talk and good times at the Greenhouse Taproom on Monday, February 24th from 6-8 PM. We’re bringing the stoke with free beer (first 50 folks age 21+ get one), appetizers, and chapter updates. We’ll take a look back at what we accomplished in 2024 and share exciting plans for 2025. Our annual meetings are also a great opportunity to connect with fellow riders who share your passion for the trails. There will be a food truck on site as well for folks to purchase dinner. Get ready Chattanooga! Walden's Ridge Park is finally opening at the end of September! We're stoked to see this project coming to an end and open to the public to enjoy soon!

Walden’s Ridge Park, located on the side of Signal Mountain, will open to the public September 30 with a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration!

Tennessee River Gorge Trust is opening the first phase of Aetna Mountain Trails on September 29 at 2:00 PM ET. There will be light refreshments and a few remarks to officially open the trail.

Come see a special screening of Mecca in the Making, a film about Walden’s Ridge Park produced by Chattanooga’s own Sunflower Films at the Woodshop Listening Room on September 28 at 7:00 PM.
